Matrix Evaluation

Dr. Jackson, C. owner and principal consultant of Matrix Evaluation Consulting, has a Master’s degree and two PhDs in the areas of management, program development and policy formulation.

Dr. Jackson speaks five languages and has the
multicultural sensitivity and capacity to engage organizations to find ways to improve the quality of
their services, reduce programmatic costs, and maintain efficient operations.
